Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Solid understanding of business operations and financial management
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day spa operations, including front desk, therapists, and support staff
Ensure outstanding guest experiences and handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
Monitor scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity to optimize efficiency
Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Track financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions, memberships, and revenue growth
