As a Massage Therapist, you’ll provide exceptional massage experiences and restorative treatments that restore and rejuvenate our guests. You’ll work alongside a passionate team in a serene, luxury spa setting, ensuring every detail reflects Blackberry’s legendary hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a variety of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone) and body treatments
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
Assist with spa operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory
Stay current with state licensing and embrace new training opportunities
Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For
TN State Massage Therapy License required
Luxury spa experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
Ability to work Sundays and maintain consistent attendance
