Requirements

Responsibilities:

Perform professional massage services tailored to each guest's individual needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room in accordance with New York State regulations.
Conduct client consultations and review health intake forms.
Educate guests on wellness and recommend retail products when appropriate.
Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a relaxing and memorable spa experience.
Work collaboratively with the spa team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest care.
Qualifications:

Current New York State Massage Therapy License.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
