As our International Spa Training Leader, you will champion the development and performance of our holistic therapists across The Wellness Centre, Eve’s Beauty Salon and The Skin Clinic, ensuring world-class standards of treatment, service and professional excellence. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes, coach and assess therapists at all levels, support career development and introduce innovative wellness practices that elevate our guest journey. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Holistic Wellness or Related field
- Minimum 5+ years similar experience in a 4-5star resort/hotel with leading wellness component
- Excellent knowledge of teaching 2-3 wellness treatments and/or other holistic services
- Excellent Communication Skills – Oral and written
- Strong as well as engaging facilitation skills – with the ability to lead classroom-based sessions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple things at once
- Required to work during weekends based on business requirements
- Recognized Spa & Wellness certifications
- (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ISPA CSS/CSM, or equivalent)
- Training & Adult Education credentials
- (Train-the-Trainer, L&D, or facilitation skills)
- Advanced treatment and wellness expertise (massage, holistic modalities)
- Strong grounding in luxury hospitality service standards (Forbes or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and organizational ability,
- with hands-on Spa Trainer experience
