We are seeking an exceptional Spa Supervisor to help lead the launch and ongoing success of a transformative luxury spa experience on our 500+ acre resort. This is a rare opportunity to shape a destination wellness haven that blends traditional spa therapies with holistic wellness programming, all set against the backdrop of nature trails and a 30-acre organic farm.
About the Spa:
Our year-round luxury wellness destination will feature:
- Seven luxury treatment rooms
- Two private barrel saunas
- A Himalayan salt inhalation chamber
- Indoor and outdoor hot tubs

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support spa staff, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve performance and service goals.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and relaxing environment for all guests.
- Handle guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to support revenue goals, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and wellness.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
