As a qualified therapist, you will deliver a range of professional massage, body and wellness treatments, tailoring each experience to individual guest needs while ensuring the highest standards of care, comfort and service. You will conduct consultations, understand each guest’s health considerations and specific needs, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and build genuine relationships that enhance the overall guest journey. You will also contribute to the promotion of spa services and retail products, maintain current knowledge of techniques and wellness practices, and work collaboratively with the Wellness Centre team to uphold our standards of excellence. Requirements

•       Minimum of 1 year Massage Therapy Experience 4 Star Hotel 
•       Ability to educate guests on Spa products used and recommend products for home use
•       Spa Therapist Training Certification (mandatory)
•       Minimum of 5 CXC examination with Math & English
•       Possess and displays good organizational skills.
•       Confidentiality and discreetness
•       Friendly, efficient, imaginative and hardworking
•       Ability to earn the respect of co-workers, leadership and clients
•       Must Be able to stand a minimum of 7-8 hours
