Position Overview
We've recently opened up a new facial room and are seeking licensed Estheticians to join our team as Independent Contractors. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, reliable, and professional esthetician looking to work in a peaceful spa setting with a dedicated clientele. Compensation: 45% commission on services + tips + paid spa training
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality facials and spa treatments following spa protocols
- Ensure timely arrival (1 hour before scheduled shift, if not already on-site)
- Greet and guide clients to treatment rooms in a warm and professional manner
- Follow all spa protocols for setup, execution, and cleanup
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a polished, professional appearance
- Collaborate with fellow team members and management with respect and courtesy

Requirements
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in the state of New Mexico
- Active liability insurance
- Minimum of 2 shifts per week required
- Must be available year-round, including holidays
- Reliable with a professional attitude
- At least 2 years of hands-on esthetician experience preferred
- May not exceed 3 call-outs per quarter (coverage with a peer is acceptable)
