- Dual Massage/Esthetician
Description
Manage, perform and promote facial, skin, massage and body treatments/services and product sales. Knowledge and train on all esthetic, massage and body services. Responsible for your inventory and linen supply orders. Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints according to policy. Coordinate with Estheticians and Massage Therapists regarding the status of equipment and supplies. Request repairs and replacements as needed. Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy), and examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduled service. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Determine and advise guests on proper skin and recommend home care regimens. Set up workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Maintain current licensure in service areas.
